As early as possible is ideal, but we work fast. In markets where we have inventory (Abilene, Temple), we can have crews moved in within 48 hours. For new markets or very large crews (50+), 1-2 weeks of lead time helps us source the best options.

No strict minimum. We typically work with crews of 5-100+ workers, but we've housed smaller teams too. If you need furnished housing for a traveling work crew, reach out — we'll see what we can do.

No long-term commitments. We offer month-to-month terms that match your project timeline. You can scale up, scale down, or end housing when the project wraps — no penalties.

The Properties

Primarily 3- and 4-bedroom single-family homes. Each home is fully furnished with beds, living areas, full kitchens, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and parking. Properties are vetted for construction crew use — durable furnishings, practical layouts, and close to job sites.

We prioritize proximity. In most cases, properties are within 15-20 minutes of the project site. Shorter commutes mean better-rested crews, less fuel cost, and higher on-site productivity.

Typically 4-8 workers per home depending on the number of bedrooms and your preferences. Each worker gets a bed — we don't overcrowd. A 4-bedroom home can comfortably house 6-8 workers with shared common areas.

Some are, some aren't. Let us know your requirements when you reach out and we'll match you with appropriate properties. We have a diverse inventory and can usually accommodate specific needs.

Flexibility & Scaling

Very common in construction. We offer full flexibility — add homes when your crew grows, release them when you scale down. Just give us a call. No penalties, no renegotiation required.

Month-to-month terms mean you're not locked in. If the project ends early, you stop paying. If it gets delayed, we keep the homes ready. We work on your timeline.

Yes, as long as the properties are available (and they usually are for existing clients). Just let us know and we'll confirm the extension. No new contracts or renegotiation needed.

Operations & Support

Call our maintenance line. We have a local property management team that handles repairs, typically same-day for urgent issues. Your crew shouldn't have to deal with maintenance — that's our job.

Professional cleaning at move-in and move-out is included. For longer stays, we can arrange periodic cleaning services at an additional cost. Basic cleaning supplies are provided in each home.

One number. You'll have a dedicated point of contact who handles everything — maintenance, logistics, questions, scaling. No calling 5 different landlords.

Yes. We coordinate all move-in logistics — key distribution, access instructions, property walkthroughs if needed. Your crew shows up and moves in. We handle the rest.

Markets & Coverage

Our strongest coverage is in Central and West Texas — Abilene, Temple, DFW, and San Antonio. These are markets where we have managed properties and established operations. We can source housing in other Texas markets too, but move fastest where we have existing inventory.

Texas is our primary market where we have the deepest inventory. For projects outside Texas, reach out anyway — we may be able to help through our network or point you in the right direction.

Yes. We currently manage housing across multiple Texas markets simultaneously. One relationship, one point of contact, even if your crews are spread across different cities.
